1. Minimum Booking

All mediation sessions require a minimum booking of four (4) hours at $150 per party per hour.

2. Cancellation Fees

• Cancellations made within ten (10) days of the scheduled mediation session will incur a $500 cancellation fee.

• If mediation is canceled, rescheduled, or settled within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled start time, parties will be billed for four (4) hours at the Neutral’s standard hourly rate.

3. Responsibility for Fees

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by all parties, cancellation fees will be the responsibility of the party initiating the cancellation.

4. Travel & Preparation Time

Travel time, lodging, meals, and related expenses are billed separately and shared equally among parties.

Pre-session consultations and document review are billed at the applicable hourly rate and are non-refundable once performed.

5. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur administrative fees if made within ten (10) days of the scheduled session.

6. Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid according to the terms stated in the engagement agreement. Failure to remit payment may result in cancellation of services.
